Made in traditional copper pot stills, these rums have rich, full-bodied character with lots of funky, fruity esters. Think: Jamaican rums like Appleton Estate or Hampden.
Produced in continuous column stills for a lighter, cleaner profile. Perfect for mixing. Common in Spanish-style rums from Cuba, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.
